Ordering and Shipping
Orders placed on our website will ship within 1-3 business days. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and most holidays. Delivery times vary based on the selected service and destination. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your order online.
We’ve carefully selected the shipping options for our products to ensure that you receive the safest and most reliable delivery service possible. Delivery options will be noted in the shopping cart.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and that’s why we offer a 30-day, risk-free guarantee from the day we ship your order to you. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, return the products back to us, and we will refund you the money. We can only accept returns on products purchased on this website. We are based in California, USA. All of our products are designed and warehoused in the same location where we ship them to you. If you have any question or issue, please know that you can always reach out to our customer care team here.
UT Wire products are made in either Taiwan or China. We work closely with our factories through many prototypes and samples to come up with a finalized product that we are satisfied with. Our overseas QC team also inspects the factory both before they leave and upon arriving at to make sure everything is as expected.
